Context 

Paloma joined LVMH amid their multibillion litigation against major digital players in the quest to stop fake copies of their products. She put an end to LVMH's legal dispute against Google and eBay. She shifted the luxury industry into the regulatory category of culture and the creative industries, affording it a  higher level of oversight into its online distribution channels.

Today, Lime is the world's largest shared electric vehicle company. Their mission: to build a future where transportation is shared, accessible to all and low-carbon. They provide electric scooters and bikes for short, convenient, reliable and affordable journeys in over 200 cities in 30 countries on 5 continents.

Context 

Our team successfully led Lime's launch outside of the US, opening 28 simultaneous markets in the EU and several more across the world. Our strategic analysis helped us understand that a successful launch would require the trust of both legislators and citizens across Europe. 

The outcome was Lime's license to operate across all major the introduction of thousands of bike lanes across all of Europe, the acceptance of micro mobility as a norm, and the creation of a more sustainable transport alternative to accommodate today's growing cities.

Since its creation, eBay has connected millions of buyers and sellers in nearly 190 countries. The preferred platform for collectors in France, eBay aims to democratize the buying and selling of unique items - thanks in particular to the eBay estimate service and Live by eBay events. Aware of today's challenges, eBay also wants to make a more sustainable and equitable economy accessible.

Context 

eBay’s legal status as a host provider came under threat, making it potentially liable for transactions taking place on its platform. Paloma launched the first digital grassroots movement in Europe, gathering 1M signatures to keep EU digital law in place and developing a new narrative for eBay as the firm that empowers consumers to determine their digital rights online.

In their business development strategy for Hashdex, a company specializing in economic growth and the creation of opportunities for investors, our team played the role of principal matchmaker. Operating around blockchain, Hashdex relied on our expertise to assert a strategic positioning in blockchain and cryptocurrency in order to democratize investment. Thanks to strategic connections, Hashdex was able to expand into Europe.

Context

We helped the firm keep their essence, developing a brand that is now fun and sustainable. Exclusive ecological lodges with clean lines and spacious rooms are now their trademark. Our team also helped Matteo Thun understand and maximize the value of their Brand Equity using creative means.

The result of our collaboration led to a successful rebranding as well as to the restructuring of the firm's family governance, ensuring the family is ready and equipped to keep growing its legacy in the years to come.

CEPA is the European Pest Management Services Association, bringing together organizations from the entire pest management chain in 23 European countries.

Context

CEPA was suffering from two major problems: growing sustainability pressures and a negative brand image linked to the chemical industry.

Our team identified an unexpected opportunity in the midst of this crisis. As COVID invaded Europe, so did various parasites. CSIO's services had become essential, and we took advantage of this change to reposition CSIO as the guarantor of Europe's health and safety in the event of a pandemic.
